Free stock photo finds: Shark week
In celebration of Shark Week, I'm sharing a roundup of some of my favorite underwater free stock photography featuring: you guessed it, sharks. I find it slightly odd that in real life I've always had a pretty large fear of these creatures, yet I'm super drawn to imagery of them (particularly of the black and white variety). I find sharks mysterious, powerful, beautiful, and commanding of respect. They are unapologetic. I suppose I like what they represent, if not so much their rows of razor sharp teeth.
That said, some of my favorite shark-themed free stock finds are listed below (some of which you'll find in our Washed Out Collection 001). I'm constantly in awe that we have access to such high quality free stock images at our disposal these days—you just have to have the patience to dig for the good stuff! Use these beauties for your brand, your client work, your social media, or even blow them up and use them as statement art for your space!
